KING’S ROCK RESERVATION/PURCHASE POLICY
Thank you for your interest in an animal from King’s Rock Farm. Please review the following sales policy carefully, as it outlines our reservation, payment, and purchase terms.
Deposits & Payment
To reserve an animal, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required. Deposits may be sent via check, cash, PayPal, Venmo, or money order. Checks should be made payable to Danielle Carolei. PayPal payments may be sent to dcarolei312@gmail.com. Our Venmo is @Danielle-Carolei. If paying via PayPal or Venmo, please send payment via Friends and Family or include the applicable transaction fees.
The remaining balance of the purchase price must be paid in full before the kid leaves the farm. Final payment may be made by cash, money order, Venmo or PayPal. Checks are not accepted at pickup.
Reservations & Availability
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the date the deposit is received. While we do our best to accommodate buyer preferences, we cannot guarantee the availability of a specific kid.
King’s Rock Farm reserves the right to:
Retain any animal for our herd, whether or not it has been pre-reserved
Decline to offer any animal for sale if it does not meet our standards
If a reserved animal becomes unavailable, the buyer may transfer the deposit to an alternative kid or choose a full refund. First-choice reservations take precedence over second-choice options.
If a buyer cancels or backs out of a purchase at any time, unless King’s Rock Farm is unable to fulfill the reservation, the deposit will be forfeited.
Pricing & Pickup
Quoted prices apply to reserved animals only. Prices are subject to change for animals purchased after birth.
Kids must be picked up or shipped by 4 weeks of age. A daily boarding fee will apply after that time. All kids will be disbudded and tattooed prior to leaving the farm.
Shipping
If shipping is required, the buyer is responsible for all shipping-related expenses, including but not limited to veterinary health papers, required testing, crates, and airfare. An estimated shipping cost must be paid prior to shipment.
ADGA registration papers or applications will not be released until all transportation costs are paid in full.
Registration & Breeding Terms
All animals are sold with ADGA registration papers or registration applications, unless otherwise stated. King’s Rock Farm reserves the right to purchase 20 straws of semen from any buck sold, at the buyer’s cost of collection.
While we strive to provide high-quality animals, please note that an animal’s success depends not only on genetics, but also on management, care, and environment.
Right of First Refusal
We care deeply about our animals and where they are placed. If you ever decide to sell a King’s Rock Farm animal, we request the right of first refusal to purchase the animal back.
